New Jersey Standards of Practice
The New Jersey Standards require the inspector to provide the client with objective information regarding the conditions of the systems and components of the home as determined at the time of the inspection.
As indicated above, we shall perform the inspection in compliance within the inspection guidelines. However, in the event that the New Jersey Standards impose a duty or obligation not required in the inspection guidelines, we will exceed the inspection guidelines to the extent required by the New Jersey Standards.
